Our first step was an updated design for the overall look and feel of the website, using more clean white space and new imagery. Next, we implemented an analytics and testing campaign to analyze user engagement throughout the website and create a deeper understanding of user interests and outcomes. Using that data, we were able to refocus the content and experience to deliver a more relevant experience and improve user time on website, together with increased click through to reservations.

To deliver targeted content about events and special experience, we worked with Canyon Ranch to create Featured Experience posts. Each post delivered a warm, engaging event or experience overview that included detailed information about the event experience.
Next, each individual event page included the actual experts that would be presenting or hosting the events, adding highly personalized character to the events. The updated blog style event page resulted in a 200% lift in reservation click through versus the previous design.
